In addition, the front gauge detection circuit is not working properly, so that the skewed paper enters the printing cylinder and overlaps and sticks to the blanket, or the automatic stacking mechanism of the paper stack is out of control.
The pressure should be removed as soon as possible after the stuffy car occurs, and the paper in a static pressure state should be withdrawn from the roller, which can reduce the deformation of the roller shaft diameter and the damage of the rubber blanket. Because multiple sheets of paper enter the roller, the elastic blanket will produce large convex hulls before and after the pressure area. This convex hull will cause great resistance to the forward or reverse rotation of the roller. difficult. At this time, according to the number of paper entering the roller and the position of the boring car, take the following methods to solve:
1. Manual cranking with crank rocker arm and then jog the machine forward and backward. If the paper can no longer be removed from the compressed state, manual cranking can be used to force the paper out of the roller with the help of external force. The amount of paper fed is not much, this method can be used.
2. Manually release the pressure and remove the pressure. If the manual tray cannot make the paper exit the roller (the tray does not move), you can use your hand to turn the large hexagonal screw on the rubber roller clutch shaft to release the rubber roller from the pressure.
3. Increase the center distance of the roller to reduce the pressure. If the above method cannot be eliminated, you can increase the center distance between the rubber roller and the impression roller, which can also eliminate the boring car. That is, use a wrench to turn the rubber cylinder pressure regulator, change the angle of the outer eccentric sleeve, increase the distance between the blanket cylinder and the impression cylinder, reduce the pressure, and make the paper exit the cylinder. This method can be used when the state of the car is not too serious.
4. Change the angle of the eccentric sleeve in the rubber roller and remove the pressure. When there is a large amount of paper feeding in the roller, the phenomenon of heavy trucks is serious, and the pressure adjustment cannot be adjusted, the more effective method is to use the external force to change the angle of the eccentric sleeve in the rubber roller to reduce pressure. The steps are: first remove the pull plate connected to the coaxial sleeve on both sides of the rubber roller clutch shaft, use copper rods or iron rods to align with the recess of the edge of the sleeve, and hit the operation surface and the transmission surface sleeve with an iron hammer at the same time, with the help of external force Change the eccentric angle in the rubber roller to reduce pressure and exit the paper. Note that the direction of the clutch pressure on the drum must not be mistaken during tapping, and the copper rod should not be aligned with the small shaft position of the sleeve to avoid damage to the eccentric sleeve.
5. Remove the eccentric sleeve in the rubber cylinder. When the amount of paper fed into the cylinder is not large, which can cause heavy traffic and cannot be eliminated by the above method, the eccentric sleeve in the rubber cylinder must be removed to remove the pressure from the rubber cylinder and the impression cylinder. The method is: â‘  Put the rubber rollers at both ends with wooden squares, plug the wooden plugs firmly, plug them, and fix their positions. â‘¡ Remove the gears and other parts of the transmission surface, and make a mark; when removing the bushing, it must be carried out on the transmission surface and the operation surface at the same time to avoid deformation of the roller shaft diameter.
Regardless of which of the above methods is used to eliminate the "stuck car" accident, it must be noted that it must be quickly eliminated when a stuffy car accident occurs, so as not to cause irreversible damage to the drum shaft diameter and the drum surface over a long period of time; If it is too big or too strong, avoid using the method of lengthening tools; when excluding, you can try to operate according to the situation; after excluding, you must use a dial indicator to check the radial runout of the drum, so as to determine the degree of damage to the parts and decide whether to reuse it. Finally, the pressure value between the rollers must be recalibrated.
A normal car accident can easily cause a lot of damage to the machine. In severe cases, it can even cause the entire machine to be scrapped. In fact, treatment is not as good as prevention.
