Problems and solutions of screen printing UV ink

1. After printing, there are bubbles in the UV ink. Additives and unmatched thinners cannot be added casually. If this phenomenon occurs during normal use, please contact the manufacturer for assistance.

2. The viscosity of the screen-adhesive substrate is too large during printing. Please fill in the appropriate thinner.
Increase the distance between the printed matter and the screen.

3. The printed matter is sticky or not cured after curing to check whether it causes circuit problems.
Extend the curing time.

4. Insufficient adhesion of the ink film after curing. Select an ink suitable for the printed matter.

5. Whether the ink film is brittle after curing is too thick.

7. Insufficient coverage of the ink film or excessive adjustment of the angle of the scraper and the pressure on the screen.
Replace the scraper with appropriate hardness.

8. The lines are blurred when printing small text or fine patterns.
Replace the scraper with appropriate hardness.

9. Netting appears.
Appropriate filling and matching diluent to reduce viscosity.

10. Too much diluent has been added, and the viscosity is too low.
The mesh is inappropriate.
