4. Screen printing color matching is generally based on the experience of the printer. Due to the different screen meshes used in each batch, the thickness of the photosensitive adhesive film is different, which often causes the color of the printed product. "The color of the ink in the barrel is not correct. "See the true face after scratching the last edition" explains this truth. Therefore, each batch of work must be printed out with a printed screen for printing, and the customer can confirm that it matches the original color before entering the official printing.
5. Large-format paintings must be printed with a screen printing machine, and small-format paintings can be printed with suction pads. 7. In multi-color overprinting, in order to ensure the accuracy of overprinting, the size of other editions can be appropriately scaled (the scaled size should not exceed 0.1 ~ 0.2mm) under the premise that the size of the graphic version remains unchanged. When printing, the deep version is pressed against the light version, and the graphic version is compressed and placed. In this way, when the organic board is not cut correctly or the manual placement board and the positioning block are poorly connected, accurate overprinting can also be achieved.
8. There is often a lot of static electricity and dust on the surface of the organic sheet. If the dust adheres to the screen, it will cause the text and color blocks to be incomplete, and waste products will appear. Therefore, printing must be carried out in a clean and dust-free room. The dust on the surface can be removed in two steps. First, wipe off the dust on the surface with a damp cotton cloth, then use a static dust brush or dust roller to remove the remaining dust. When printing, check while printing. If problems are found, clean up the screen in time before printing.
9. The products (cosmetics, jewellery, watches) in domestic large and medium-sized shopping malls mostly pursue the matte effect to set off bright and colorful products. The plexiglass board manufacturer does not have this board, and can choose to use a flat plate or a transparent plate to print directly with sand surface treatment ink. After the ink is dried, it can show a matte effect of sand.
10. The size of the organic board should be cut uniformly, with 90 ° angle on both sides and even thickness. According to the size of the printing screen, appropriate margin is left, and after printing, the excess margin is cut. For multi-color overprinting or four-color printing, magnetic white or transparent organic boards should be used. Magnetic whiteboard is used for front printing, and transparent board is used for reverse printing.
