1. The place where the ice machine is installed.
It should be installed in direct sunlight without good ventilation. The ambient temperature in winter can not be too low outside, because the water pipe installed in the outside machine can easily freeze. The minimum ventilation distance of the condenser is at least 1 meter away from the front and back and at least 50 meters above the roof. It is better to have a larger ventilation distance, but also to keep the air flowing, not to hold back the wind. If you can't find a suitable time, you can install a size of suction device to allow the fresh air to exchange heat.
2. The ice machine should be installed on a solid ground, and the machine should be installed horizontally without tilting. Otherwise, there will be vibration when the machine is running, and if the slope is too large, it will cause the storage refrigerator to store water, affecting the quality of the ice.
3. The ambient temperature of the ice machine is 5-38. The ambient temperature directly affects the ice production. This is why some customers often say that ice making in summer is slow. 4. After the ice machine is in place, first check whether the appearance of the machine is damaged, whether there are foreign objects in the ice falling channel, whether the fan blades rotate flexibly, and whether there are oil marks on all welding ports of the unit. Check whether all the shut-off valves of the unit are fully opened. Here is the place that should be opened. Check whether the oil level of the compressor is above the oil level line and whether there is a shortage of oil. Oil has a lot to do with the service life of the compressor, so I hope you pay attention to the oil level and the color of the oil.
5. Check the voltage of the customer's home and the size of the air switch. The ice machine should have its own separate water valve and power supply for future maintenance.
6. Connect the water source, whether the water pressure is normal or too low will cause the old alarm of the machine. If the water pressure of the customer's home is stopped or the water is stopped, it is recommended that the customer store the tank and booster pump. The water level of the inlet tank should be low and about 10 mm from the overflow. The water level can be adjusted by the float.
7. Do not cool down immediately after the machine is powered on. The crankcase heater should be able to press the oil to warm it, but some machines are not necessary. Taikang is a heating belt.
8. Unit operation. Listen to the sound of the unit running. Depending on the freezing of the evaporator, there are some machines that need to add salt water. Generally, it is better to add more than 200 grams of salt in a 30KG drum. You can see the specific situation. The purpose of adding salt is for the quality of ice and the shedding of ice. Also see if the water level of the manifold is normal. I saw in some stores that the water pressure was too high, causing water to come out while making ice. At this time, you need to close the water valve in front of the water separator. It is very simple.
9. Observe the frost-returning condition of the compressor, frost to the compressor's return valve or the return-air pipe compressor as a whole cannot freeze. To prevent liquid blow, if the amount of fluorine is low, you can adjust the expansion valve to adjust the frost.
10. After the unit is operating normally. Test the protection function of the unit. The lack of water protection protects the float switch by hand. It is the water level float switch. Connect the two wires, which is actually a water level sensor for him to press. The machine should be shut down. The full ice shutdown function blocks the power-off switch by hand. Generally, the unit should stop after three minutes. Now the machines are stopped first, and the skates stop after two minutes. This advantage is for the next start.
