According to reports, the main features of the new material PSP: First, the use of natural plant starch raw materials, degradation performance is very satisfactory, PSP products can be fully biodegradable, the waste can be used as a compost or plant growth and cultivation matrix to achieve reuse; Good performance, oil-proof, waterproof, cold-heat resistant (-20°C-130°C), can be used as a catering appliance in microwave ovens and refrigerators; thirdly, this new material has a wide range of applications and can be used for food, medicine, and catering. Appliances, electrical packaging, agricultural mulch, toys and craft flowers and other fields; Fourth, PSP is not only non-toxic, harmless, no noise, and in its production process does not produce waste gas, waste water and waste.
Ke Zhulin said that the processing of this new material in the process of starch processing and modification with a combination of chemical reactions and physical effects replaces the previously used similar products in the starch processing of the filling process, so that the starch has been completely The modification and full plasticization, therefore, the product maintains a good performance, and overcome the shortcomings of paper products such as brittle, poor toughness, oil resistance, and water resistance. At the same time, the PSP material can be completely burned and turned into a fine white ash after burning, which is the difference between the PSP material and other materials. PSP not only has a number of performances higher than similar biodegradable products, but also has a low production cost and a price less than 30% of other degradable products (such as pulp, paperboard, etc.). Therefore, PSP has strong market competitiveness and has a promising development prospect.
It is reported that the company has applied the scientific research achievements of PSP and its special machinery and equipment to the national invention patent and the international (PCT) invention patent. At present, this achievement has won great attention from domestic and foreign industry peers.
