Trinpy founder successfully produced 3D printing giant truck

As a seasoned 3D modeler, Karas doesn't want to paint his 3D print model with paint, but instead chooses the right color for the part to print. He wants his giant truck to be truly functional, so he prints and assembles into multiple parts, including the suspension system and the runner.
The trucks designed by Karas are completely 3D printed, including 30 separate parts, 26 of which are printed with ABS material, and the remaining four orange wheel covers are made of flexible NinjaFlex wire. The printing process is fully used for 100 Hours, this does not include the time spent on prototyping and iteration.
The version that Karas did was to glue up the various components for assembly, but fortunately it looked smoother, and the wheels and suspension components were just clipped before and did not require glue bonding. “I hope this truck is easy to assemble, so I removed all unnecessary connections,†he explained.
Due to the size limitations of the MakerBot Replicator 2X 3D machine used by Karas, the truck body is divided into three separate parts for printing, each part takes 12 hours to print, and the wheel is 6 hours to print one.
After the completion, the giant wheel truck can travel well on the rugged ground. The truck is 1 foot long and uses about 2.1 kilograms of wire. The truck's files are available for free download on the Karas website.
