The reason why ink is not good at the beginning of printing

Analysis of the causes of this problem may be the following:

1, did not use the specified glue or glue too thick

2, uneven coating

3, the drying temperature is too high

4, contact with the glare after coating

5, after the plate is stored in a high temperature and humidity environment

It is recommended to take the following measures:

1. Use Fuji star light accessory products PP-I type PS plate protection glue (manual) or PP-IIxxxx type PS plate protection glue (machine)

2, the appropriate dilution of the glue

3, hand-glue to be clean and dry

4, set the drying temperature below 60 degrees

5, to prevent light after gluing

6, do not store in high temperature and humidity environment
