There are several situations in which breweries use bottles: new bottles, bottles that are normally recycled, bottles that have been stored for more than six months, bottles that have a long turnover time in rural areas, or that have a poor preservation environment. The first two bottles can be directly used for production, and the latter two bottles, if directly on the line, the vast majority are not clean. A more reasonable approach is: this part of the bottle, before the on-line production, manual sorting again, dirty bottles after manual brushing for production. When the rate of dirty bottles after washing reaches more than 8%, it is very difficult for the bottle-checkers to select all of them. The ideal value is less than I%.

The higher the temperature is, the better the bottle washing effect is. However, when the temperature exceeds 90°C, not only will the bottle breakage rate increase easily, but some mold spots will also solidify on the bottle wall, making it more difficult to wash off. In addition, too high a temperature will make the trademark fibers clog and reduce the impact of jetting. The ideal temperature is 80-85°C.

2 bottle washing agent selection and concentration control

At present, the detergent additives are divided into bottle washing agents and bottle washing additives. Their advantages and disadvantages are as follows:

A, bottle washing agent:

Advantages: easy to add, lower washing costs.

Disadvantages: Less ability to remove foil.

Suitable for new bottles and cleaner recycling bottles.

B, bottle washing additives:

a、Alkaline bottle washing additive

Advantages: easy to add, strong ability to foil.

Disadvantages: The cost is higher than the bottle washing agent.

Suitable for new bottles and cleaner recycling bottles.

b. Acid bottle washing additive

Advantages: good washing effect, easy to add. Disadvantages: high cost

Suitable for more serious stain bottles.

Selecting a detergent will be easier if bottle source control is good. The new bottle is generally not contaminated as long as it is sprayed with about 1% lye and about 75~C hot water. The high concentration of lye in the washing bottle is high, and the decontamination effect is good. However, if the lye concentration exceeds 2%, the trademark may be broken, which is not conducive to the labeling, and it is easy to plug the nozzle. The specific alkali concentration should be determined based on the actual bottle source of the factory. If the bottle washing water is high in alkalinity, the bottle washing agent formula does not contain builders that can inhibit scale, which will cause serious scaling, affect the washing effect, increase machine wear, and increase the expense of removing scale.

3 Impact of jet pressure

At a certain temperature, the higher the pressure, the better the washing effect. The design pressure of the original machine is reasonable. Therefore, we only need to ensure that the jetting pressure meets the requirements of the original machine during the production process. In addition, it is also necessary to ensure the smoothness of the nozzle and the jetting pressure is preferably not less than 0.151 VIPa.

5 Requirements for operators

The quality and sense of responsibility of the operators have a great influence on the quality and consumption of the washing bottles. Attention should be paid to the following aspects:

A. Training: Make operators clear their own job responsibilities and operating methods.

B. Routine work requirements:

Check the spray pressure carefully before the work every day, whether the nozzle is unblocked, and whether the temperature of each tank meets the requirements.

Check if the jet pressure is normal every hour.

Check the nozzles every hour for openness and find that the blockage is immediately clear.

Check the alkali concentration in each tank every hour to decide whether to add the bottle washing agent.

Scrub the filter every 20 minutes.

Clean the spurs and pipe nets after working every day.

For large cleaning, thoroughly remove the paper inside the tank, broken glass and adhesives, etc.

6 Determination of the time of cleaning washing machine

Washing machine washing time should be combined with the performance of the machine, the specific circumstances of the bottle to determine. Since aluminum salts, silicates, alkali proteins, latex and other substances are generated during the bottle washing process, when these substances reach a certain percentage, the penetration ability of detergents will be greatly reduced, especially the aluminum salts produced by reaction of tin foils with alkalis. In combination with printing ink, clay, sand grains, pulp, and other substances to form a mixture of elastic gray-black, block heaters, pipe network, off the standard mesh belt bracket, etc., affect the heating effect and normal water cycle, therefore, need Put water for cleaning. During the cleaning process, in addition to thoroughly cleaning the tanks, spurs, and pipe nets, special attention should be paid to the brackets at the corners of the alkali tanks, except for the adhered objects such as the brackets and the hidden nets under the reticle, which are sprayed with conventional water. Difficult to remove, you need to use hand or special tools to remove it. In order to save costs, the following two methods are currently used to help extend the use of detergents.

A. Increase the pre-spray before entering the machine: Add one or more section of high-pressure spray pipe on the conveyor belt to flush dirt and other dirt out of the bottle. You can consider reusing water from the bottle washing machine. . Due to the reduced amount of dirt on the bottle, the use of the detergent will be extended.

B. Recycling lye from the lye: Use two conical bottom recovery tanks. Note that the bottom of the tank should be easily discharged. The lye was returned to the tank daily, and the sediment was settled for more than 12 hours. Contaminants at the bottom of the cone were drained and the supernatant was returned to the alkaline tank of the bottle washing machine. This will not only extend the useful life of the detergent, save cost, but also reduce the pressure of sewage treatment, reduce water consumption, and reduce environmental pollution.
