The equipment adopts a side exhaust system, and an exhaust duct is provided on each side of each heating section

Currently, general drying furnaces use upper exhaust ducts to remove exhaust gases through induced draft fans. However, due to the high cleanliness requirements of the PDP process, it is essential to prevent volatile substances from condensing on the upper walls of the main furnace, which could negatively affect product quality. To address this issue, the equipment employs a side exhaust system. Each side of every heating section features a row of air ducts, totaling 8 branch pipes that converge and are directed toward the chimney. Each branch pipe is equipped with a regulating valve, allowing for precise control of the exhaust volume. This design not only enhances operational flexibility but also provides a foundation for future process adjustments.

The drive system is powered by Japanese Tsubakimoto motors, ensuring reliable and efficient operation. The conveyor system utilizes stainless steel conveyor belts that are compatible with chain and mesh belt transmission. The transmission mechanism is driven by sprockets mounted on the main shaft, which in turn drives the chains on both sides of the conveyor belt. The mesh belt is then driven via an extended link shaft. This configuration simplifies the structural design while effectively preventing issues such as creeping or crawling caused by excessive load. The conveyor speed is controlled using frequency conversion technology, featuring an LED display for easy monitoring. This system offers a wide speed range, stable performance, and smooth operation.

The cooling system incorporates an air-cooling mechanism located at the furnace outlet, employing both upper and lower cooling methods to rapidly cool the workpiece, making it easier to collect. The electrical control system is designed with multiple key components, including temperature control, speed regulation, alarm systems, emergency shutdown functions, and auxiliary circuits. The temperature control system consists of sensors, temperature controllers, and actuators. The temperature controller used is the SR-72 series from Japan Island Electric, featuring PID parameter adjustment for accurate and fast response. It ensures high stability and reliability. The temperature sensing element uses a nickel-chromium/copper-nickel (Type E) thermocouple, known for its high sensitivity within the temperature range of 100 to 300°C. The actuator is a solid-state relay, offering contactless operation, no noise, no sparks, and a long service life, further enhancing system reliability.
