After receiving the job, the craftsman should design the best process plan according to the content and color number of the job. The first time printing, paper tape joints should not be more. Because each connector can cause misalignment. Special attention should be paid to the fact that the second time of printing, when the tape is cut off, it must be connected to the rolling horizontal line. Once successful, the tape consumption is reduced.
In the first printing, the amount of water must be strictly controlled. Excessive water volume can easily cause deformation of the paper tape. In severe cases, the paper tape may be broken, which may make it difficult to register the second print. The amount of water depends on the water content of the printing plate.
