Pangang's self-developed large-scale electromechanical complete sets of equipment, cold-rolled pickle-washed passive disc shears, have entered the manufacturing phase, rewriting the history of Panzhihua Iron & Steel's inability to independently complete the manufacturing of large electromechanical complete sets of equipment.
According to reports, the cold-rolled and pickled passive disc shear of Pangang Cold Rolling Plant is the core equipment of the plant's main production line. The equipment has been imported from abroad since 1996, and the annual procurement cost is as high as tens of millions of yuan. After the third phase of the cold-rolled pickle line, Pangang decided to design and manufacture the equipment. After more than two months of research, its design passed the review once. According to reports, its passive disc shears will be delivered before March next year. In the future, this equipment will cost Panzhihua about 2 million yuan each.
