Due to the certain heating and forming time during the manufacture of corrugated cardboard, the corrugated paperboard ultimately produced is not only high in strength, but also strong and flat. At the same time, it also avoids corrugated cardboard from being unevenly stiffened and warped due to uneven coating during veneer production.
In recent years, the end customer groups of corrugated cartons manufacturers such as beverages, foods, beer and dairy products have turned their packaging purchases into new technologies for gravure pre-printed corrugated cartons. Jianfeng Bao Group's Gaofeng Carton Factory purchased the QHZH-61650 unit gravure preprinting machine produced by Xi'an Qinhua Co., Ltd. for the production of Runtian orange multi-packed cartons, which improved the carton printing quality and production efficiency, reduced production costs, and shortened The production cycle. The QHZH-61650 type gravure preprinting machine of Xi'an Qinhua Machinery Co., Ltd. is used as an example to discuss the application of the carton gravure preprinting machine in the production of large-volume corrugated cartons.
1. The printing speed is up to 150-180 meters per minute, and the printing format is 1650mm x 1650mm, which can be matched with many domestic corrugated board production lines.
2. The vertical and horizontal overlay error is not more than ±0.2mm, the number of printing lines is up to 300 lines/inch, and the maximum amount of ink is 6.5g/m2. After each color group, there is a drying device to ensure the drying, resulting in a rich, full, soft, bright and firm carton.
3. The plate used is a chrome-plated steel plate with a resistance force of 4 million impressions, reducing the number of plate changes and material waste.
4. Ink is mainly alcohol-soluble ink, or special water-based paper gravure ink. Pre-printed roll paper carton paper is applied on the corrugated paper production line for coating, compounding, flattening, and drying processes. The ink is required to be strict and high-temperature and friction-resistant ink must be used.
5. The retracting and reeling part adopts double-position, double-discharging and double-receiving devices to realize zero-speed butt-splicing, and does not interrupt the printing. It not only avoids the shutdown caused by improper overlap of the web, but also avoids material waste.
The machine also took corresponding measures for the problems in gravure printing. In order to prevent wrinkling of the paper during the printing process, a paper preheating device is used to control the moisture content of the paper, and a flattening roll is added to reduce the paper swing; for the problem of gravure printing in the gravure printing, a dust-removing and explosion-proof electrostatic ink absorbing device is installed. Eliminates plate jamming caused by dust and ink on the surface of the paper roll, reduces the loss of dots, and improves the inking effect.
