In general, after printing a batch of live, we must remove the photoresist on the screen printing plate. If the cleaning is not timely, it will affect the next use of the screen, so correct and timely cleaning is very important to extend the life of the screen. The following describes the screen cleaning process and precautions.
1. Use a pressure washer to wash off the ink on the screen;
2. Prepare cleaning solution with equal proportions of household bleach and water;
3. Pour the formulated cleaning solution onto the screen surface;
4. Use a steel brush to gently scrub the screen, generally scrubbing for about 5 minutes;
5. The front and back of the screen must be scrubbed;
6. Wash with water and repeat cleaning until all the photoresist on the screen is clean;
7. Place the screen under the window or in the light and view the screen from different angles. If no washing is observed, repeat the cleaning until there is no photoresist at all angles;
8. After drying in the air, the screen is stored.
During the cleaning process, pay attention to the following points:
1. In the absence of a pressure washer, the cleaning time is longer;
2. When cleaning, you can use professional cleaners in the mall, such as CPS screen cleaners, but bleach is also very good and relatively inexpensive.
3. Because the sensitized adhesive is toxic and the bleach is corrosive, always remember to wear rubber gloves and goggles when handling.
