1. Power on: Insert the power plug of the machine into the power base, press the power switch on the panel, the switch indicator lights, indicating that the power is turned on.
2. Press the lighting switch on the panel, the switch indicator lights, and the lighting lamp in the box lights up at the same time. Press again to turn off the light.
3. Menu operation of temperature controller: (1) In the running state of the instrument, the measured value is displayed on the main screen, and the set value is displayed on the lower screen. (2) If you want to change the setting value, press the SET button, and then pay the screen door lock. At this time, you can press the â–³, â–³, â–³ key to set the desired temperature control value in the item. After the setting is completed, press the SET button again, at this time the meter enters the newly set control program to run. (3) Upper limit alarm setting: Hold down the SET button for a few seconds, when the main screen displays RL1, and the secondary screen flashes, you can press the â–³, â–³, â–³ keys to set the desired upper limit alarm value, and press the SET button to complete the setting. (4) Lower limit alarm setting: After holding down the SET button for a few seconds, when the main screen displays RL1, then press the SET button, the main screen displays RL2, the secondary screen flashes, you can press the button to set the lower limit alarm value, and then press the SET button to complete the setting. (5) After setting the upper and lower limit alarms, press and hold SET for a few seconds, wait for the main screen to display the measured value, and after the screen displays the set value, the meter operation is completed. The machine enters normal operation.
4. The incubator should be kept clean at all times. Never use chemicals such as acid, chemical dilution, gasoline, and benzene to clean any parts in the incubator.
5. In case of failure, the manufacturer should be contacted in time within three years (within one year).
6. In the process of use, if there is a sudden power failure, you should unplug the power supply in time, and wait at least 5 minutes before re-powering it on.
7. Before starting to use the machine, you can use it only after clearing the operating procedures.
8. The enclosure must be effectively grounded to ensure safe use.
9. Cleaning: Clean the inside of the incubator every month, wipe and disinfect with disinfectant, and wipe the outer surface with a clean, slightly damp cloth.
10. Maintenance and maintenance: Check the operation of the compressor every week to ensure that the lubrication of the equipment is good.
11. Maintenance of the instrument: please ask the manufacturer's maintenance personnel to perform maintenance.
12. The microbiological inspector checks the operation of the instrument in the morning and afternoon of each working day and fills in the use record.
