After 8 years of research, the manager of the Beijing Liangyu Technology Development Service Center and Wu Shaoliang, the new national long-range assault striker, has created a “pollution-free ecological balance papermaking law,†which has solved the problem of pollution control for smaller companies in the paper industry in China.
Non-polluting eco-balance papermaking method uses a variety of specific bacterial groups to degrade the bioslurry of the cement between the plant stalk fiber, instead of the traditional chemical pulping, it avoids the pollution of the environment from the source. A large number of tests have proved that straws from rice and wheat, cotton stalks, reeds, and 15 kinds of poplar twigs and pine stems can all be made into pulp by this method. Tested by authoritative departments such as the National Paper Quality Supervision and Inspection Center, most of its quality exceeds the national excellent quality standards.
The raw paper, corrugated paper, writing paper, etc. produced by bio-pulping all meet or exceed the national standards for the technical indexes of folding endurance, abrasion resistance, breaking resistance, and ring crush strength.
A bio-pulping method is used to build a plant, and its scale can be determined based on local raw material resources. For example, with 6,000 acres of rice, wheat or fast-growing forests, a pulp mill with an annual output of 3,000 tons can be built. After the waste water produced in the production process is settled, the supernatant water is recycled for use. The sediment can produce 2,000 tons of feed and 3000 tons of organic fertilizer. The residue can produce sand fixing agent. The comprehensive utilization of these by-products can greatly increase income. About 200 migrant workers were employed in a factory, which increased the income of the local farmers.
Since there is no pollution from the biopulping method, it is possible to build the pulp mill in the raw material production area, thereby reducing the cost of transporting and storing raw materials. The bio-pulping method has enabled the paper industry to enter rural areas, integrate workers and peasants, plant and feed together, form a good ecological cycle chain, integrate ecological, economic and social benefits, and opened up a new path for solving the “three rural issuesâ€.
The pollution-free ecological balance papermaking method has passed the feasibility evaluation of the Beijing Institute of Environmental Protection Science and the Institute of Agricultural Natural Resources and Regional Planning of the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences.
