Maintenance precautions are as follows:
1. Thoroughly clean the working chamber and water seal tank with clean water, and clean the nozzle to prevent salt crystallizing and block the nozzle.
2. Before re-booting, the electrical system should be checked as necessary.
3. Check if the pressure regulating valve is within the set range.
4. Check for water in the saturator and drain through the drain valve.
5. Discharge the oily water from the salt spray tank oil water separator.
6. The nozzle is found to be clogged with dirt. The nozzle can be removed, washed with alcohol, dimethyl 1:1 hydrochloric acid, or with ultra-fine steel wire, but the surface finish of the inner cavity of the nozzle should not be damaged, so as not to affect the spray quality.
