3, cooling down to below 50 ° C, that is, urea-formaldehyde resin glue to reduce cost additives.

Fourth, cost analysis:
Seeing this, you must say that such a good product must be expensive? The answer is: a ton of cost of 300 yuan.
Corn starch 2000 yuan / ton, 80 kg × 2.0 yuan = 160 yuan.
Jiao Debao 65 yuan / kg, 2 kg × 65 yuan = 130 yuan
The raw material cost of 160+130=290 yuan can be produced, 1000 kg water + 82 kg = 1.08 tons of urea-formaldehyde resin glue to reduce cost additives, 290 ÷ 1.08 = 270 yuan / ton.

The new additive also has the property of reverse compensation, which is not available in other cost-reducing additives. The additive reacts with formaldehyde to form a tough, hard, high-strength polymer material, thereby reducing the urea formaldehyde when added. The effect of resin glue.
