Heat aging test box should be selected when doing rubber product test
Rubber products are tested with a hot air aging box. The thermal aging test box should meet the following requirements:
1. With a forced air circulation device, the air flow rate is 0.5m / s-1.5m / s, the minimum surface area of ​​the sample is directly opposite the air flow to avoid interference with the air flow rate;
2. The size of the heat aging test box should meet the total volume of the sample not exceeding 10% of the effective volume of the aging box, the distance between the hanging samples should be at least 10mm, and the distance between the sample and the wall of the aging box should be at least 50mm.
3. There must be a temperature control device to ensure that the temperature of the sample remains within the tolerance of the specified test temperature;
4. There is a temperature measuring device in the heating chamber to record the actual heating temperature;
5. No copper or copper alloy shall be used in the structure of the heating chamber;
6. The air replacement frequency of the aging box is three to ten times per hour;
7. Before entering the aging box, the air should be heated to the tolerance range of the test temperature specified by the aging box.
