Common faults and maintenance methods of blood cell counter
Fault 1: background (ie blank) error during counting
Each time the instrument is cleaned, a blank value is automatically detected. If the detected blank value exceeds the specified range, the instrument will alarm.
Reasons and countermeasures:
1. First check the reagents: check whether the diluent or hemolytic agent has bubbles or whether it is contaminated, and re-measure after changing the reagent.
2. Check whether there is electrical noise interference: check whether there is interference equipment next to the electromagnetic wave; check whether the grounding is good, including the detection section, circuit board, power supply section, compressor parts.
3. Check whether the pores of the detector in the testing room are contaminated: first use the maintenance and cleaning procedure to clean, if it can not be solved, the cleaning agent can be injected into the testing room with a syringe, soak and re-measure.
4. Check whether the rotary valve is contaminated: the rotary valve can be removed and washed with distilled Water , and then re-determined after correct installation.
Fault 2: RBC / WBC / PLT count error
The instrument detects that the signal processing unit counts the cells, and the signal number every 0.5 seconds is within a certain range. If it exceeds the specified range, it means that it is unstable and the instrument has a count error.
Reasons and countermeasures:
1. Check whether the analyzed sample has agglutination.
2. Check whether there is electrical noise interference: check whether there is interference equipment next to the electromagnetic wave; check whether the grounding is good, including the detection section, circuit board, power supply section, compressor parts.
3. Check whether the insulation room under the RBC, WBC and HGB detection room is emptied normally.
4. Check whether the pores of the detection room or detector are contaminated: you can use maintenance and cleaning procedures to clean or use a brush to clean the pores of the detector.
5. Whether the detector fine hole (ruby part) is damaged: if it is replaced, the entire detector must be replaced.
6. Check whether the pipeline between the cell counting quantitative diaphragm pump and the detector is blocked, and whether the MV21-2 is normal.
7. Circuit board failure, check NO6363 and NO2135.
