Austrian SML Lenzing has introduced a 3000 cast film winder and a CPP film line with a higher production speed. According to Gerald Ausweger, chief representative of the SML Lantern Far East Division, these two machines are the new generation of SML equipment. The type 3000 cast film winder is shaftless and can not only rewind 3†diameter pallet film. It is also possible to roll a manual film with a diameter of 2". The processing speed is 600m/min, and the change time is very short, no additional slitting is required. The production speed of the new generation CPP film production line can exceed 300 meters per minute, and the width of the finished film can be up to 5 meters.
