Structure

Installation and use
The workbench should be located in a relatively clean working room (preferably in the primary clean room of 100,000 or 300,000 class), plug in the power, and turn on the function shown on the control panel. Before starting the machine, the working area and the outer casing of the clean bench should be carefully cleaned to remove the surface dust. After 10 minutes from the start, the normal operation can be carried out.

1. According to the actual use, the primary filter is removed and cleaned regularly, and the cleaning cycle is generally 3-6 months. (If it is not cleaned for a long time, the dust will affect the insufficient air intake and reduce the cleaning effect.)
2. When the ideal cross-section wind speed cannot be achieved after normal replacement or cleaning of the primary filter air filter, the operating voltage of the fan should be adjusted to achieve the desired uniform wind speed.
3. Generally, when the working voltage of the fan is adjusted to the highest point after using the eighteenth, if the ideal wind speed cannot be achieved, it means that the high-efficiency filter has excessive dust accumulation (the filter hole on the filter material has been basically blocked, and it should be updated in time) The general high efficiency air filter has a service life of 18 months.
4. When replacing the high-efficiency air filter, pay attention to the correctness of the model size (original manufacturer configuration), press the arrow wind direction device, and pay attention to the perimeter seal of the filter, absolutely no leakage occurs.
