The constant temperature and humidity test chamber GB/T2423.9-2001 standard is used to determine electrical and electronic products, mainly refers to the adaptability of equipment under high humidity conditions for use and storage. This test is mainly used to observe the effects of test samples under constant temperature, no condensation, specified time and high humidity environment. There are several harsh temperatures for different temperatures, humidity and test durations to choose from. This test can be used for both heat-dissipating and non-heat-dissipating test samples. This test is particularly suitable for large equipment or equipment that may have complex connections to test equipment outside the test chamber. This connection requires a certain assembly time. No preheating or maintenance of specific test conditions may be maintained during installation.
During the test, the test sample and the constant temperature and humidity test chamber are both room temperature, and the test sample is placed in the test chamber. The test conditions in the test chamber are adjusted according to the severity level required in Chapter 6 and maintained for a specified period of time. Since the temperature and humidity near the heat test sample are very different from the specified test values, the measurement of these parameters is carried out in the same manner as in the free air condition. GB/T2423.3-1993 Test Ca: Non-condensing conditions in constant damp heat are obtained by preheating the test sample before it enters the test chamber. In this test, the test sample is placed in the test chamber at room temperature and then heated to the specified temperature. The test procedure was carried out without the formation of condensation.
