DeBernardi-Plastimac introduced two new types of bag making machines: one for the production of soft-slinging shopping bags and the other for the production of stand-up totes. The two bag-making machines have been professionally designed to take advantage of the latest advantages of the bag-making machine.
The first bag making machine is a fully automatic electronic sealing bag making machine. It has been redesigned in both mechanical and electronic aspects, thereby improving the production efficiency of the soft suspending shopping bag (side welding and bottom triangles). The control system is based on a plug-and-play system, using advanced technology and equipped with a touch screen industrial grade computer. Through this system, it is possible to quickly enter the mechanical control, store a variety of different production recipes, and remotely assist in the operation of related machinery. The machine can be used as a general-purpose machine for the production of various kinds of packaging bags such as RB patch handles, SM rigid handbags, and SC zipper handbags.
The second bag making machine is a new type of vertical machine called DB 80E. This machine adopts the most advanced technology and innovative production technology. It is mainly used for stand-up bags in the stand made from multi-layer and/or laminated insulation films.
