The gravure plate cylinder can be made very fine. The finest lines can be as narrow as 0.05mm, which is impossible to achieve with screen printing.

When making a gravure cylinder, different engraving processes and engraving depths produce different results. The same texture, using a different plate making process, using different uV inks when printing will produce different results.
4. Strong anti-counterfeit performance
When the decorative texture is printed by the screen printing method, since the consistency of the effect of the printed matter is not high and the printing process is simple, the anti-counterfeit property is poor. Gravure printing can not only seamlessly integrate a variety of decorative textures at a time, but also has good consistency, so it can play a good anti-counterfeiting effect.
