After years of manufacturing, Shanghai Xiandie Valve Co., Ltd. has accumulated a wealth of experience, from design, process to manufacturing has become more mature, and has developed a series of low temperature valve products.
First, cryogenic valve product specifications and design parameters:
1. Pressure rating: PN1.0 1.6 2.5 4.0 6.4 (MPa)
2. Valve diameter: 15 ~ 1200 mm (1/2 ~ 48 ").
3. Link form: flanged, welded, threaded.
4. Valve material: LCB, LC3, CF8.
5. Working temperature: -46°C, -101°C, -196°C, -253°C
6. Applicable medium: liquefied natural gas, ethylene, propylene, liquid ammonia, liquid nitrogen and so on.
7. Drive mode: manual, bevel gear drive, electric.
Second, the cryogenic valve material:
1. Body and valve cover: LCB (-46°C), LC3 (-101°C), CF8 (304) (-196°C)
2. Ram: Stainless steel surfacing cobalt-based hard alloy
3. Seat: Stainless steel surfacing cobalt-based hard alloy
4. Stem: 0Cr18Ni9
Third, cryogenic valve test equipment:
1. Low temperature valve test device
2. Liquid nitrogen, liquid ammonia storage device
3. Low temperature test equipment processing tank
4. Cryogenic valve equipment test bench to ensure the performance of the valve under low temperature conditions
Fourth, low temperature valve test and cryogenic valve inspection:
The main components of the cryogenic valve are treated at low temperature and each batch is sampled for low temperature impact test to ensure that the valve does not crack during low temperature conditions and can withstand the impact of low temperature media.
The following tests were performed for each valve:
1. Normal temperature shell strength test;
2. Normal temperature and low pressure sealing test;
3. Normal temperature and low pressure sealing test;
4. Sealed airtight test at low temperature (when sealed);
5. Low-temperature gas seal test, etc., to ensure that the entire cryogenic valve meets the requirements of the standard;
6. Low-temperature treatment of the main components of the cryogenic valve and low-temperature impact test for each batch of samples to ensure that the valve is not brittle at low temperature conditions, can withstand the impact of low temperature media;
7. Low-temperature (cryogenic) valves are subjected to low-temperature treatment and impact test according to the corresponding material specifications
8. It is more powerful to engage in static electricity, and the on-resistance between the valve body and the valve stem or between the inner part and the valve body is less than 1 ohm.
