Types of glass ink jet printing inks

[China Packaging Network News] Glass ink is mainly divided into two categories:

The first type of ink requires that the surface of the glass be processed prior to ink jet printing by applying a coating liquid to the glass surface and then performing ink jet printing on the treated glass surface.

The second type of ink, which does not require inkjet processing, requires glass to be processed directly on the glass surface for inkjet printing.

This type of ink can be divided into three types:

1. Inkjet printing directly on the glass surface, then a protective lacquer.

2. Inkjet printing is performed directly on the glass surface and then dried at 180 degrees.

3. Inkjet printing is performed directly on the glass surface and then dried at 700 degrees.

These three kinds of glass direct inkjet printing ink, after printing is completed, can be tested by fire, alcohol, hydrochloric acid, boiling and other means.
