Due to the limited production conditions, there are no special devices for hanging paper and static electricity. Therefore, when we use the 1800AWD small offset press for printing, we often suffer from printing failures due to the absence of hanging and static electricity. We will introduce the problems we face and the solutions to them.
Because we did not process the paper during the printing process, the printed product was wrinkled during printing. The wrinkles on the paper are in an "eight" shape, and the dragging is the most important point. In order to solve this problem, we stuck a piece of tape with a width of 1cm and a thickness of about 0.05cm to the appropriate positions on both sides of the impression cylinder to achieve the purpose of tightening the printed sheets, thereby effectively eliminating the wrinkling of the printed sheets. The phenomenon. Although this move is contrary to the suspicion of printing the "Sanping" theory, successful practice has shown the feasibility of this method.
There are many reasons for the electrostaticity of printed sheets, in which the static electricity generated by the weather is dry, the water content of the paper is reduced, and the friction in printing is more common. The generation of static electricity is not only difficult to achieve normal printing, but also greatly reduces the printing efficiency and quality. In practice, we use the "steam" method to eliminate static electricity on paper. The specific approach is to stack piles of paper on a paper holder and then sprinkle water with steam on the ground around the paper holder so that the paper quickly absorbs steam moisture and increases the water content of the paper, thereby eliminating static electricity. purpose.
